WHAT IS CO-WORKING?
Coworking spaces can be defined as membership-based workspaces where diverse groups of freelancers, small-medium sized companies and other independent professionals work individually or together in a shared communal setting. Coworking encourages innovation through collaboration.
WHAT ARE THE STANDARD OPERATING HOURS?
Members can access eCoworking from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, Monday through Saturday. Our office is attended by eCoworking staff, including a full-service receptionist from 9:00 am till 7:00 pm, Monday to Saturday.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF IM WORKING LATE AFTER 8 PM?
All you have to do is notify someone at the reception that you will be working late!
CAN WE USE ECOWORKING AS OUR OFFICIAL BUSINESS ADDRESS?
Yes, absolutely! You can use our address as your business address as long as you have availed one of our membership plans.
DO YOU OFFER MAIL HANDLING SERVICE?
Yes, we have partnerships with TCS, Fedex and DHL for any kind of mail that you would like to send or receive. Please visit the front reception for more information.
CAN VIRTUAL OFFICE MEMBERS ACCESS THE SPACE?
Registered eCoworking members will get access to eCoworking facilities on a daily rate basis and can use the eCoworking premise as their business address, including call forwarding and mail handling.
HOW CAN I UPDATE MY INFORMATION IN YOUR RECORDS?

Becoming a Member
WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF MEMBERSHIPS PLANS AVAILABLE AT ECOWORKING?
eCoworking offers four different kinds of memberships- Virtual Office, Hot Desk, Dedicated Desk and Private Offices. For details of each, please visit our membership page.
WHAT ARE THE BEST MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS FOR SMALL TEAMS?
The best option for small teams is taking Dedicated Desks in our Coworking area or a small Private Office that is good for 4-5 team members.
HOW DO WE GET STARTED WITH SIGNING UP AS A MEMBER?
Simply check out our webpage, get in touch via a phone call or visit our premises, and someone will help you register as a member.
CAN WE REQUEST FOR SPECIFIC DESK LOCATIONS FOR DEDICATED DESKS?
Yes absolutely! We will try and accommodate any requests made as long as the there are unassigned desks available at the requested locations.
CAN WE SWITCH A DEDIDATED DESK LOCATION?
Yes, please get in touch with the Community Manager to check availability for your preferred location.
ARE UNASSIGNED HOT DESKS ALWAYS AVAILABLE?
Hot Desks are always available as long as no one has booked it. Please call us before dropping by just to confirm availability.
CAN I STOP BY TO CHECK OUT THE SPACE OR DO I NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?
It would be best that you schedule tours in advance to ensure the availability of our team, so we can focus on helping you find the best office solution possible during your visit. If that is not possible, we still encourage you to stop by for a walk-in tour. You should book a tour today, so someone from our team can get it touch with you and arrange it for you.
Contracts & Billing
DO I HAVE TO SIGN A LEASE AGREEMENT?
No. eCoworking is membership-based only, so leases are not required. Members are required to sign a Membership Agreement based on their membership plan.
ARE THERE ANY SERVICE RETAINER OR SETUP FEES FOR GETTING A PRIVATE OFFICE?
Yes, the members obtaining private offices are required to pay a service retainer which serves as financial protection for eCoworking in the event of any unpaid balances associated with your account. It’s a standard practice for all members getting a private office and it will be returned to you at the end of your membership agreement.
The service retainer amount is based on your monthly membership fee, office location and your agreement period.
Service retainers are due before your move-in date. We will collect your service retainer between your signing date and your move-in date.
HOW ARE MEMBER BILLED EACH MONTH?
Your first month’s Membership Fee is due on the first of the month. Your invoice will be delivered to your office, desk or any other mailing or e-mail address provided at the time of registration.
Monthly invoice will include the membership fee for your office/desk, any discounts or promotions, additional fees (if any), and any conference/board room or printing charges you may have incurred.
DOES ECOWORKING CHARGE MEMBERS FOR UTILITIES?
eCoworking does not charge members for utilities. Water, heating, cooling and ventilation, electricity, and internet are all paid for by eCoworking and are included in the cost of your monthly membership.
CAN I USE MY MEMBERSHIP CARD TO PAY FOR THINGS AT COLABS (PRINTING, BOOKINGS, CAFÉ, ETC)
Yes, the membership card can be used to pay for printing, bookings, etc.
WHAT IS THE METHOD OF PAYMENT?
The payment method will appear on your membership agreement during the signing process. You will need to provide your payment information. The payment method and information can be changed any time through the Community Manager.
You will receive an email once your payment has been deposited in our account.
ARE THERE ANY CHARGES/PENALTY FOR LATE PAYMENT?
If we have not received a monthly payment from you, you (Primary Member) will receive a non-payment notice on the 10th of the month along with a certain percentage of late fee chargesa appearing in your membership agreement.
DOES EACH INDIVIDUAL REQUIRE A SEPARATE CONTRACT WITH ECOWORKING IF WE’RE SIGNING UP AS A TEAM?
No, if you are signing up as a team or company, there will be a single membership contract between the team/company and eCoworking. However, each member will be provided a separate Membership Card. The team or company will assign one primary member who will be able to view invoices, manage team members, and edit payment information.
You may reach out to our Community Manager to change the primary member of your team or company.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I’M READY TO END OR TERMINATE THE CONTRACT WITH COLABS?
You are required to give at least one (1) month notice prior to moving out and terminating your contract. eCoworking requires its members to clear all dues including the office restoration fee before moving out. In case of non-clearance of dues, eCoworking shall deduct the required amount out of the service retainer.
Using the Premises
CAN WE INVITE GUESTS INTO THE SPACE?
Yes absolutely! Guests of resident member are more than welcome to come visit eCoworking for events, meetings with resident members etc. However, residents are required to inform the reception about any guests they are expecting.
HOW IS VALET PARKING HANDLED AND IS IT SAFE?
Valet Parking is free for Hot Desk and Dedicated Desk Users and their guests. All Private Office users will get one parking spot free included in their contract and will be charged for any additional parking spots. Valet staff will be available from 9am to 8pm.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE A COMPLAINT OR PROBLEM? WHO DO I REPORT IT TO?
If you’re facing any kind of issue at eCoworking, the Community Manager on-site will be happy to help you out. You may also register your complaint online by using your eCoworking member portal.
DO YOU HAVE A DEDICATED PRAYER AREA?
Yes, we do. Prayer Area is located on the first floor.
DO YOU OFFER LOCKERS FOR SAFE-KEEPING?
Lockers are provided to Dedicated Desk and Private Office users only.
CAN I GET A PRIVATE PHONE LINE AND DEDICATED WIFI FOR MY OFFICE AT ECOWORKING?
Only private office users can request for a private phone line and dedicated Wi-Fi for their use only. All other members will have to use the common phone line and Wi-Fi provided by eCoworking.
CAN I LEAVE MY THINGS BEHIND WHEN I GO HOME?
Private office users and dedicated desk users will have their lockable offices or lockers to leave their things behind and keep their belongings safe. Hot Desk users can leave their belongings behind at their own risk.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE SOMETHING ON THE PREMISES?
All misplaced items will be handed over to the reception and placed in the Lost and Found. Please ask someone at the Help Desk to guide further if any item is lost. Please note that eCoworking does not hold any responsibility for any of your belongings and should not be held liable for any misplaced item.
I REQUIRE A FAST AND RELIABLE INTERNET CONNECTION. WHAT DO YOU OFFER?
We have a wireless Internet connection which is fast enough to accommodate any business. The Internet speed provided to our members is 200 Mbps* (Dedicated bandwidth is also available upon request)
WHERE CAN I PARK AND WHERE CAN MY CLIENT PARK?
If you or your client is driving, they can park in the free parking lot at the front of the building. It is safe and only a few steps away from the office.
WHAT IS THERE TO EAT-IN OR TAKE OUT AT THE OFFICE?
There is an On- Site Café for you to enjoy your lunch/ snack breaks. Apart from this, our office is in the heart of Lahore, so most eateries are in close proximity. For your convenience, we have partnered with delivery apps such as Cheeta’s that can deliver your order at discounted rates.
IS THERE A PRINTING FACILITY AVAILABLE IN THE WORK SPACE?
Absolutely! Members use the printing services available on-site absolutely free of charge until your credit ends which varies from subscription to subscription.
I TALK ON THE PHONE A LOT, IS THAT A PROBLEM?
No, our space operates on mutual respect. If you have a conversation that turns private, feel free to take it outside to the beautiful shaded outdoors, or simply step into the phone booth!
MY WORK REQUIRES THAT I MEET CLIENTS AND TEAM MEMBERS OCCASIONALLY; DO I HAVE ACCESS TO THE CONFERENCE ROOMS?
eCoworking is always encouraging communication and meetings. In addition to the entire office space, you can book our conference room in advance for any upcoming meeting.
WHERE CAN I KEEP AND HEAT UP MY LUNCH IF I GET IT FROM HOME?
There is a refrigerator and microwave to both keep and heat your food. So feel free to bring any snacks or meals with you.

HOW DO CONFERENCE ROOM CREDITS WORK? HOW CAN I BOOK A TIME FOR USING A CONFERENCE ROOM?
Depending on their membership subscription, all members get a certain amount of complimentary access hours for bookable rooms. Bookings can be made through our online portal or the front desk reception.
WHAT TYPE OF MEETING ROOMS DO YOU HAVE AND WHAT DO THEY INCLUDE?
We have all kinds of meeting rooms for our members to conduct formal and informal meetings in. Meeting rooms include a bookable board room, conference rooms and meeting rooms. We also provide our members with multiple non-bookable meeting areas and huddle rooms for informal meetings.
